pt.1 Hello, everyone! Today marks the beginning of my most deliberate attempt to take up painting. I keep taking breaks, but I always come back to it!
I drew several skulls to better understand the shape of different animals' heads. When choosing who to start with, I wanted to pick a cute animal. This is a rabbit skull, which is small in real life. It is characterized by protruding teeth and a large nose. I understood where the ears grow from, the proportions of the head, and that its shape is influenced by large chewing muscles. I ended up with a slightly more forward profile.
