As functionally the lead cop in Perriand Station's anti-organized-crime squad, Sgt Roxie and her officers have gotten into more than a few dangerous situations with armed gangsters. She knows someone must be tipping them off when a raid's imminent; not enough time for the crooks to pack everything up and flee, but enough to get weapons and positions ready.
At least being a nimble, small target with good aim has been a boon.
