Reimagining my old characters as furries. They both appear in a story I'm currently writing, and I hope to draw them more often in the future :>

Some general facts about them:

Korse Briggs:
26 years old, wolf.
Born in a port city, he has been at sea since childhood. At the age of 22, he volunteered for the front, where he befriended Hayato and lost his arm. After the war ended, he helped Hayato with his children and sailed with him to the mainland. After his ship crashed on the rocks, he became unemployed. He now works as a guard with Velshe and Bjorn in the palace.
He and Hayato have a bromance, and I envy their friendship.

Hayato Kawamura:
24 years old, purebred fox
Velshe's younger brother, born into a mafia clan. When he was 14, their clan was wiped out by a rival. He fled, got a job as a kitchen assistant, and by the age of 20 had become a chef and married, with twins Haru and Hana being born. War broke out, during which his wife was severely injured while he fought on the front lines. She died shortly after the end of the war, leaving Hayato a single father. Together with Korsa, he started a new life and eventually opened a small restaurant in the desert capital.
