Oh they wouldn't even take him to court. lol Satan's order would be a guaranteed "terminate with extreme prejudice." A mortal with the might of a demigod bearing power reminiscent to the angels would make him their "public enemy #1." Though he wouldn't strike anyone down unless they struck him.
