Holly's detective methods and lone wolf nature are often a thorn in Chief Bogo's side. Even when he tries to reprimand her, she's not having any of it and remains cool, calm, and composed. She's the ONE mammal in the ZPD that knows how to put the chief in his place. She repeatedly points out that her methods have produced consistent positive results. And with that, he has no choice but to relent.
