And the wrap-up. BTW if this show ever gets made, Harry would be an animated CGI character and not a guy in rabbit prosthetics (like 'Vincent' in the Beauty and the Beast TV series). I first thought up Harry back before CGI became cheap and good enough to combine with live action. (Then again, who knows - the whole show could probably be done in CGI.)

Since this concept never got beyond a trial storyboard, I can only make speculative comments.
Hare seems to do his superheroics in ordinary street garb, and easily compared to Harry's. Even the Hulk ...
At this point, i'd like to chat about what a friend of mine said, about the Phonebooth School (Clark Kent switches to Superman in a phone booth) and and the Shazam School.(Billy Batson shouts SHAZAM ! and magic lightning changes him into Captain Marvel) of costume change,
In my heyday, I had Icicle (freezes atmospheric moisture into a costume around her and her street clothes), Phantasm (doesn't actually wear a costiume,just makes people THINK she's wearing a costume.Can't fool a camera, tho !), Macrobe (creates his costume psionically), Hulk (wears his street clothes torn to rags in the transformation), Clone (may wear a costume she wore earlier, created from household dust and atmospheric moisture during a duplication...),

Sorry it took me SEVEN YEARS to get back to you - I'm a bad bunny. Anyway when Harold tf's into Harry, his clothes change magically from his conservative attire into jeans & an open neck shirt. (The accident wasn't just a technical screw-up; there was an element of magic involved as well.) It's just a big fat gimme, and makes about as much sense anything in a story like this.
