Just wanted to upload a little something for today considering I'm still writing chapter 10 and it's turning out to be very long. I'm not even done yet, but I'm considering turning it into 2 chapters. Sorry for the wait, I just didn't think it would be this long! :P But then again, it is more stuff to read!
Anyway, thanks for your patience, your readership, and everything else. I love all of you! <3

These are good, but they're drawn as if the top of the nose is completely flat. Like the head is shaped entirely like a cheese wedge.
It might look like that sometimes but... Well, it's really hard to describe. Their head shape is sort of like a reverse teardrop when looking at it from above, their eyes don't point to the sides but are angled forwards like a dinosaur.
Don't give up though, their heads are pretty much the hardest thing about them to draw.

Indeed that part of their head is hard to describe and has the tendency to allude me. I try to remind myself it's not entirely flat and it's at least rounded and curved. It's certainly something I'm at the time trying to perfect. :3
Thanks for the advice and the words of encouragement! I appreciate it! :D

I did a short tutorial on how to draw them from the side here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4090005/
Just watch out, as you can see in the final step there I messed up the jaw, it should stick out lower like in the steps above it. I really should redo this...
But yeah, it's easier from the side than any other angle. I hope that helps.

I actually think 3/4 is hardest...
With the front, you can kinda start with the circle, then draw a jawline, the eyes, and fill in where the nose should be from there. With the 3/4 angle... everything's gotta look just right or it looks super bad. At least that's the feeling I get when I draw it.

True about the 3/4 angle. It can be very tricky, but for some reason I feel like it's the angle I'm most comfortable with. It's the one I practice the most on. The front, on the other hand, I barely try. Your directions are surely appreciated and will surely aid me. :3
And thanks for the pic. Indeed, the various angles shall serve as true golden references. X3
