Out from breeding farm, Camille spent his early life as a sexdoll for politicians and other powerful and devious people. He fell in love with one of his owners who got assassinated for wanting to keep Camille for himself. Camille ran away and thanks to a violent thunderstorm (probably created by his powers under fear) he escaped from the mafia. He ended up homeless for some times before deciding to join the PokéPolice. There he met his mentor who trained him and volonteered to be a mega stone holder. Now Camille lives happily in couple with a Gyarados, policeman as well.
