so i finally made this quited witch hat that ive been seeing for AGES on pinterest. its adorable i love the vibe, i almost didn't add the ruffle but im glad i did its gorgeous. im gonna take it to terrorfest and i think $60 is a fair price for how much work went into it. made a flat sheet of quilted colors that cut apart and quilted again. this one in particular did take a good while but i like it so much i might make another one
