terms:


Payment:
I require a full payment of the commission, (or half if more expensive. ie: pay half, then second half once wip is received) before any work begins. At this time, I will only accept payment through Paypal.

I will need your payment within 48 hours of confirmation before I begin any work. If I do not receive your payment within that time frame, i will move your commission priority down the list.

prices given are for non-commercial use.(do ot sell/ print for others, make anything out of them)


Refunds:
If I cannot complete the commission, I will issue a full refund of the price.

If you need to pull out of the commission, I will refund half of the price if i started it.


Rights:
I retain the rights to the image you've commissioned, but you are allowed to use the image in a non-profit manner (like website design, making desktops, uploading it to your own gallery, etc). This also means you cannot use the art on merchandise, such as prints to sell. You cannot sell the rights of the image to someone else. As I retain the rights to the image, I will be able to make prints, use it on merchandise, and/or use it in a portfolio, or any other thing i want to use it for (i will tell you, the commissioner if i do this though).

i will pursue legal action if my artwork is used in ANY commercial way, or stolen


turnout/ time

i will complete my commissions to the best of my ability, in a timely matter. This means that you cannot come and complain on my page,or demand to see your commission. I have a life, and a job, this is my "second job" so to speak.


I will not draw sexual adult content, or any fetishes above tame (ask me in a note if you want something of this nature, and we shall discuss it)
i have the right to refuse a commission if i do not feel i can do it, or it won't work aesthetically.

If i am drawing your original characters/ fan art, please include a reference and information on their personality. This is so i can accurrately portray them.

REVISIONS
i will do minor revisions of lineart/wips if commissioners desire

what's not minor:
- changing everything
- changing view/gender
- changing character
ect ect... 20 random edits..

i will do 1 free revision of the final image if desired, and the final, unmarked image will be sent (via email) to the commissioner


final contract:

When you choose to commission me, you agree to the following:
1. That you have read through the commission information and agree to its entirety.

2. That you will pay the price quoted to you within 48 hours of confirmation.(unless otherwise agreed upon) You agree to pay with Paypal. If you must back out of the commission at anytime, you will be refunded for half the cost of your commission. If I back out, then you will receive a full refund.

3. That if you use your commission it will be in a non-profit manor, and that I retain the rights to the image and may use the image as I see fit.

4. i have the explicit right to decline a commission for any reason.
