There have been no updates for quite some time, there are some reasons for this.

My deteriorating mental health, which has been going on since the beginning of the year, contributed to everything. after taking a course with a psychologist, I only confirmed my fears - depression, possibly anxiety–depressive disorder.
It's hard to realize that at such a young age I'm experiencing such moral torments that are hindering me and my development in life, which seems to me like an insurmountable hell.
It's always hard to share this in public in this age when one side invents psychological disorders for themselves without going to the doctor and thinking that he is cool and special, and the other side will consider you weak and worthless because you are different from them.

In my head, there is only rot and something decomposed instead of brain convolutions and gray matter, I no longer feel like a full-fledged cell of society, and I have no reason to live.

But I will try to learn from this and try to continue to exist.

Confirming your fears is the first step you take to getting better. It's not as simple as that, but I know you are able to get through these hard times. I have been there, and am sometimes pulled back into that brain space. It's so, so difficult. But I'll be here if you need anything, even though we are an ocean away, Kumanov.
You are more brave than most people when admitting this, putting it out in public. But that shows a strength you have, that most do not. I don't mean to say empty words even though they might feel like it, but you will make it. You already have the determination to.

I am incredibly pleased that someone who has experienced something like this in life speaks such important words of support and gives confidence.
