Design aside, I' be looking forward to getting one of those new mega stones if it wasn't locked behind online ranked battles. Want the stone? Gotta freaking enter the "Battle Club" and PvP for it. >_>

The Raichu mega stones being locked behind DLC I can vaguely understand. Paywall vs PvP-Wall.

The designs are certainly interesting though, I'll give them that. Delphox the "fire witch" (warlock?), Raichu the...whatever it is when mega evolved. XD;

The design does make em look like a WIZARD. I quite like it.
Locked behind PVP though, yeahhhh. Good luck. Even I never subbed to Nintendo Online so I don't think I'll be able to obtain it unless I do.

I had to sub to it because I couldn't play Violet with my discord friends over the internet without it. Otherwise you're stuck with local "Wireless LAN" style multiplayer.

In any case, the entire pvp-wall thing is a turn off. I doubt they will backpedal on it, but it would be nice if they did.

So what's next on the docket? Mega Raichu X? Mega Raichu Y? :)

We need a Pokemon racing game. This has "Pokemon Sprint" vibes all over it, and it's beautiful!
