Yes, this is a fallout character thought up by the one and only nRAVENz and drawn by me. Onyx has a lot of issues in the post apocalyptic world. She does have pinky the beautiful mole rat. Her pet she treats like a baby, and I mean the premium package. Don’t make her mad, never ends well.
