Is his name "Pew" because he...well...smells bad?

Now. Such was the name of a pirate in the novel "Treasure Island" written by Robert Louis Stevenson. Maybe the author had this in mind, but in the original story, it was not mentioned as far as I know.

Huh, I only guessed that particular thing because sometimes there's some "small changes" made to some pieces of literature when animating or filming them!
I don't remember all details but even something as prominent as Harry Potter has noticeable differences between the films and the books themselves! Even though I...actually know literally none of them. I feel like I learned at least one thing but it's so far buried in memory or maybe I am confusing it with something else.

But yeah! I was curious because it could've been exclusive to just that interpretation of Treasure Island!

This TV show changed some things too. Some characters vanished or were replaced and it added magic to the story.

It really does sometimes, it's odd but it's always fun to see something different!
