After the disappointment that was the redesign in "Bubsy 4D", I felt the need to give the OG Bubsy some much needed dedicated love. He's such an underrated mascot that I feel I needed to protect him.

Those large paws are an important staple of his visual aesthetics that both me and the furry community loves as a whole. It's a shame they betrayed the older fans who loved his 90s proportions and grew an emotional attachment to him that way. Sometimes, aesthetics are more than just about appeal. Sometimes they have a deeper meaning, and could even create a palpable feeling of care and worry.

It personally allows me to connect with the characters and their world, engaging myself further in their journeys and challenges that lie ahead. They may ne cartoon characters, but we still care deeply about them, and lots of us feel a real pull towards a character. When you take away what makes them special, you are not treading the line between respecting old and new fans, in my opinion. Anyway! Enjoy some Bubsy feet! =3
