Bio: Zankoku has lost three times to the same person. The last one caused him to almost meet his ancestors in Hades. He decided to do the one thing he never thought about doing in his life: training. When his staff heard about this, they were surprised, but Zankoku didn't care at all. Of course, he did hear rumors that Bluerush can travel across worlds, so he decided to train for three years. That way, he can instantly surpass that freak of nature. When he was done, not only did Zankoku come back stronger, but he also gained a new form, which he called Exquisite Zankoku.

Finger Blasts: You don't become a dictator by doing nothing. Zankoku can project beams of energy from his fingers. He can fire a barrage of them to take out multiple targets and fire a full-power one to possibly kill someone.

Black Void: With him being subject to painful experiments as a child, Zankoku can summon darkness over a large area and swallow up anything he chooses. When swallowed, the person or object is subjected to a large amount of gravity and crushed so that he can expel all of the destroyed remains of what his darkness had swallowed up at once.

Draco Burn: Due to all his training, Zankoku can expel several dragon-headed fireballs from his mouth to cover the frontal, left, and right sides of his opponent. As the dragon-heads move erratically, it makes the technique much more difficult to avoid.

Disaster Ray: Writhes in anger, Zankoku will grow black spots on its armor. Then the spots will glow purple before emitting massive lasers in all directions.

Emperor's Blast: A technique where Zankoku spins around to fire a large, powerful short-range blast. This meant to attack opponents trying to flank around him and attack his backside.
