They call me many things, but they all mean “monster.”
I never asked to be what I am. I’m supposed to be a symbol of hope and renewal, until some cruel power corrupted my soul. Now my flames lash out and consume whatever they touch, and each resurrection desiccates any living thing near me, leaving nothing but dust.
I will not accept this.
No one loathes my terrible power more than me. The people’s fear is justified, but I will fight until I am no longer this monster.
I am Theophania. They will see my resolve and know my name.

I’ve been aching for some art of my dark phoenix, and then I remembered I like drawing. I made some myself and I’m very happy with it, I must say!
