I think the lottery format seems good, but I think you should clarify if it's nsfw/sfw and who is assigning the serial number! I'm also wondering if you should ask for the character reference in the comments or get it after! :o
Also you may want to increase the number of participants before adding a new winner, I feel 10 is a bit low!

Thank you very much for such detailed clarification, it is very nice to see feedback. I use a translator, so if something is written strangely somewhere - don't be afraid to clarify!
1 . Nsfv I think you can too! I love nudity, it's beautiful
2 . The number is simply in order: 1,2,3 and so on.
3. I draw absolutely everything. It will be easier to take references from the winner. Although, if someone wants to show in advance, I will allow links :3
