Once known as the Maiden Menagerie, the café has been reimagined and reborn into what you see today, with our late friend Zachary Formine having created the Manifestors that produce the food we serve. What was once a smaller gathering spot has become a cornerstone of the town: a place of rest, conversation, and gentle transformation. Though the name has changed, the heart remains the same - connection, care, and community.
Everything served here is prepared with care, drawn from recipes that blend tradition with invention. Our staff make everything right here, specifically tailored to each individual, so you’ll be sure to find something that’s perfect for you… or perfect to who you shortly will become. Our café is a place where masks fall away, where one’s truest self is nurtured without judgment. For some, that might mean quietly savoring a drink in the corner as subtle shifts take root. For others, it might mean conversing across tables, making new friends through the shared interests and stories of change. However you arrive, however you become, Oxbow’s embraces you.

Our soybeans are perfectly fermented, creating that signature gooey texture and deep, savoury flavour - served with a dash of mustard, soy sauce, and a sprinkle of chopped green onions. Each bean you have here will fill you more and more with Mina's infectious, bubbly personality and awesome powers!

A dessert with style, this sundae is as cool and confident like a New York City street dog (soon to be you). Two scoops of rich, velvety chocolate ice cream are the foundation, then generously drizzled with a warm, glossy chocolate fudge sauce, topped with a cloud of whipped cream, and finished with a cherry on top. Taking a bite out of this will give you the same savvy and smooth-talking charm as Rita, providing you with the street-smart confidence to handle any situation~
