PROCESS AND DELIVERY
> The whole process begins with a draft that I do free of charge. If the draft gets approved, I will send you the payment information. After the piece gets paid off, I start working on the commission.
> I work without any deadlines: the drawing usually takes from 1 week to 2 months to be finished. It mostly depends on my mental state, IRL life and the complexity of the commission. If you want to set a deadline, please tell me upfront. I have the right reject your request if the deadline that you want to set seems impossible to me for any personal reasons.
> I will keep you in check by sending wips. feel free to ask for a fresh progress shot every once in a while!
> You’re free to ask me to make minor changes. If there’s something you’d like to change on the final drawing, you’ll have to pay a fee. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
> Due to paypal being suspended in my country, I do all paypal to paypal payments with the help of an intermediary service.
What is a paypal intermediary account? - It's someone else's account, usually provided by an intermediary service, that receives the payment for me and then a person that runs this account sends me your payment straight to my russian bank account with a small fee. I will send you an email of the account and your job is to send a 'friends and family' payment AND send me a screenshot of the successful transaction.
Is it safe to use it? - Yes! Many of my clients have already used this method successfully.
Looks fishy.. Can you send me an invoice? - No, simply because I don't own the account to which you send the payment.
Do I have to pay only by friends and family option? - Yes, that's the intermediary service's policy. You do have to pay a fee, so my intermediary receives a full payment.
Can I pay via Boosty instead? - Well, you can if you own a non-military card. The sad thing with boosty is that it no longer accepts Paypal. And I also get a bigger cut of payment using an intermediary service (I used to lose almost 15% of the payment when I used Boosty and now I only lose 10%)!
