Shin, my Ninji, sticks pretty close to the standard design of one, almost to the point of being unrecognizable as a unique character. He puts himself under the pressure of fitting the mold, and that clearly has him on edge. Ironically driving him away from his fellow ninji, finding himself teaming up with this hodgepodge of characters in the hope that he can atleast look competent by comparison.

I looked at this and thought:
"Is that the little guy that hops around with the mechakoopas in the castle in SMW?"
Yes, yes it is.
I didn't even know they were from smb2, or that Nintendo sort of brought them back.
I probably walked past them a dozen times in Starborn Valley, and didn't even notice.
