From the pages of a paranormal magazine, this creature is believed to be a Psyduck from ancient times.

Instead of suffering from painful headache this creature suffers from a terrible tooth ache, eventually the pain get too great it goes into a rage attacking anything in its path before eventually wary itself out and fainting.

Only to start the progress again once it awakes.

Designs based/inspired by this strange plushie, which I'm sure is probably from some obscure franchise I've never heard of but it's eyes made me think of Psyduck and thus this creation was made.
