a liangelos is a race/ethnicity, same one as this guy's.
While Psychosmosoptism is a power(fictional of course, it's within my story). the name is made up from Psycho(meaning soul, as in psychology), osmosis(one way of a transfer of substances), and optic(eye, related to vision). It's basically a power to see through people's minds. which, when used excessively on a person, can cause brain damage and death. A person with advanced Psychosmosoptism can kill another person within seconds, and Psychosmosoptism develops quite automatically. A psychosmosoptic can kill himself by looking into the mirror.
So, this guy apparently, as his Liangelos oracle noticed his psychosmosoptism, got his eyes sealed. and apparently the artists within the tribe made an art out of his eye seal o.o

TL;DR, it's a tribal guy, with eyes that can kill people.
