This is a little bit spur of the moment; but, I really wanted to see if I could write traditional Transylvanian folk dance music. The name is actually a subgenre of legényes/feciorească, a type of Hungarian-Romanian improvisatory solo dance typically performed by younger men and accompanied by three-to-seven musicians. Of course, this is my first attempt at writing more in the style of the Eastern end of Europe; therefore, if there are any Transylvanians (or really anyone more knowledgeable than I am on this subject) in the chat, feel free to give feedback.
