So, Im aiming to get it all back, compo of Occupational therapy, and my own resource into stuff. Been struggling to figure this one out but I got a new anatomy book today and it had some good stuff. Through what Ive read on memory, learning and stroke related recovery, theres a big element of "just tell your limb to do thing and eventually it will" but it takes a loooot of reps, and most stroke survivers are old and dont have the umphe to do it, or dont think they can. i got a lot o that umph though!
