You know, there's nothing quite like taking the day to relax. You flip on the tv, ready to veg out for a few hours, when you see a documentary about the Savannah. It's been a while since you've watched something like this and the animals are looking... rather interesting today. So you watch it.

They go through the various different animal types, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, meerkats, but through them all...they linger. Always in the background, lazy as can be, they watch the rest of the animals with a dismissive interest.

Lions.

You can't help but feel an innate connection to them, your lazy day and their lazy day mirroring each other perfectly as you both give out a long fanged yawn, your tufted tails flickering with sparks of energy.

Dimly you wonder what it might feel like to be like them. A powerful king or queen of the wild and hot African lands they are from. Though the plane trip might be off the table, it's still nice to just imagine as you run a claw through your growing mane.

Just a nice little daydream indeed.

Has it really been this long since I've been in the TF fandom and I've never gotten a lion TF? Well, I'm glad to see that corrected now. I've always enjoyed the big cats, so distinctive and powerful, even if their roars in movies are a little... replaced.

Ah well, least I've got a great hairdo now.
