Here's a design of a tattoo that I've had in my head for a while. it's not quite done yet, I wanted to add some wind into it that like swirls around Kotto's body, but still here's the main concept. The snowflakes would be blue, and the rest of Kotto would stay black.

It would be an upper back tattoo, and the snowflakes would wrap around my upper shoulder to peak out the front of my shoulder.

Idk, just seemed pretty cool and I'm pretty proud of it, so i thought I would share :)
