Concepts for Ruga's Parents. They are Tethicans. Note, both male and female Tethicans have sideburn like hair on their face that is similar in texture to head hair, not like bristly beard hair. Both males and females have tails, but the males tails are brightly colored ranging in different color tones and on the underside of the tail pad are highly toxic lethal dermal denticles similar to those found on Sting Rays. Females do not have these, but both have the green solar panel spots on their foreheads. As male Tethicans age the tail pads become larger and more pads will grow out. The green solar markings on their faces will also expand. They do not expand past their necklines. Tethicans are a highly evolved technological race.

There's a 3% DNA difference between Tethican DNA and Earth Hominoids though they are from different parts of the universe. Tethicans have a combination of reptilian, insect (Third eyelid etc) and mammalian features common with their race but are purely mammalian. Please do not compare any of this to Avatar -___-;.
