These were original concepts of Sinsen Ruga (first name Ruga) That I sketched out when I was coming up with his character design. The green dots on his forehead are solar panels. He's an extraterrestrial Tethican Hominoid. There's a 3% DNA difference between his DNA and Earth Hominoids. He has a combination of reptilian, insect (Third eyelid etc) and mammalian features common with his race but is purely mammalian. Please do not compare to Avatar -___-;. He has nothing to do with that and has nothing to do with cats or giant cat people. There's too much to the universe to be closed minded. You can find more info about this character in my gallery.

Thank you so much <3. Sadly I've already encountered some people I know in real life comparing him to Avatar, then again they really don't know anything outside of the typical norm so I guess I can't expect them to have too big of an imagination xD. Anyway thank you, that means a lot :3.
I dunno, Chameleon, Dilaphasaurus and cat just doesn't mix that well. I have a hard enough time opening my mouth and not spitting viscous black blinding venom, I don't want to Meow while doing it. Let alone the frill... Though I love it, it just wouldn't mix with a pair of meow-mix ears...
