Just an update on US shipping - I can now technically ship there with the additional tariffs/handling fee added on to the cost of my items, however unfortunately Etsy isn't making things easy! I intended to just add the charges to the cost of each item, but Etsy only gives me the option of setting a domestic price for UK customers, and then a price for 'everywhere else' which isn't very helpful as it would mean then anyone outside of the UK would end up paying more. So I'm not going to do that. I'm presuming my only other option is to add it to the actual postage price, but this makes it more tricky as I have so many different items of differing prices. So this may take a while, or might not work quite as I want it to when selling multiple items. :/

However, if you wanted an item from my shop (or a few!) and you're from the US and wanted me to work out exactly what the price and relevant tariffs are I can, then set up a reserved listing for you or invoice via Paypal instead (although any Paypal invoices would have to be paid in GBP not dollars).

Happy to hear any other suggestions on how other sellers have managed this! :) I think custom paintings will be easy to reinstate as there appears just to be a handling fee and no custom charge on 'paintings' looking at Royal Mail.
