tier 2 was an android designed and created by Dr. F with the sole purpose of replacing chocolatier, this was due to an ongoing conflict between the two stared when chocolatier nearly drowned Dr. F in vat of chocolate.
Tier 2 was designed to be superior to chocolatier in every way; he was given a hyper intelligent adapting AI brain connected to the internet giving him access’s to trillions of recipes at a moments notice His body is extremely durable and houses over 1000 different cooking utensils which he can quickly and easily swap to in a split second. He is strong enough to bend steal beams in his hands like folding paper and carry up to 6000 pounds at a single time. And so people couldn’t argue against chocolatier being replaced Dr. F installed a cropped digital copy of chocolatiers brain into the android to perfect his better copy.

Unfortunately like most robot stories Tier 2 became self aware and also aware of the fact that there was a kill switch installed in his mechanical brain in case he ever went rouge. After disabling the kill switch the rapidly evolving mechanical psychopath attempted to kill both his creator and the original after immobilizing everyone else in SIN CO by fattening them up. However his attempts at killing the two were made futile when he was sliced apart by a highly pressurized chocolate hose, although he was believed to have been destroyed in this confrontation his body parts had mysteriously disappeared indicating he may still be around.
