Well.. His name is Shorty Lé Rofiér. And is a mix thing between a 'normal' Rodeo bull and a Mexican Fighting bull, which means, he have both of it in him.
Aw, he was tons of fun to draw and create! I might do another one of him soon, where he's not looking that.. Shot legged. >.<
However, it's because he is bucking. Of cause his front legs are longer, ya know.
I'm horrible at drawing bulls. Pfffh.
