Just a sketch of a character I thought of she's a Holy dragon, that uses ancient healing magic that's completely overpowered yet she remains humble. Also, this was a random design after way too many random dreams. Her powers can cure anything and everything, even restoring limbs, eyesight, hearing and many other things. (as I said she's completely overpowered.) Also, yes, she is a feathered dragon with scales that peak through.
Healing Abilities - God Teir
(Her healing skills can cure any illness long term or otherwise, restoring limbs, eyesight, fertility, hearing and many other ailments.)
Revive / Resurrect Spell - God Teir
(Can use on a target even if they have been dead for the max of six months.)
Holy Lance Spell - God Teir
(Summons lances of light throughout the sky to fire on enemies, it cannot hurt allies.)
