If you see this then it's probably the last thing you'll see before the Deathclaw takes you out. I've seen this many times unfortunately in my play throughs of Fallout 3. Freaky as they are I love the Deathclaws. They are my favorite creatures. They just remind me so much of my both Thagirion. If he had no wings and was fleshed out he'd look close to them.

i don't know if you know now or not, but those Cazadores in New Vegas were annoying, but the more annoying part was the fact that they were so fast and unpredictable with their movements. if they actually tried to attack you, then they were pretty easy to pick off.
Now the Deathclaws, there has been one time that I saw this, and lived. I had the T5 Power armor, and was equipped with the best weapons, but the only reason I survived was because I saw the messages "ED-E is unconscious!" "Cass is unconscious!" when I before it came after me. I immediately pulled out that CZ57 Avenger and turned that deathclaw into swiss cheese.

Took me 50 stempacks; an addictive cocktail of drugs that included med-x, buffout, partytime mentats, psycho, slasher, coyote tobacco, steady, rebound, jet, rocket, and about 5 turbos; skill magazines for gun skill and crit chance; and fully maintained CZ57 Avenger minigun and sniper rifle, to clear out the deathclaws at quarry junction.
After 20 attempts. of course. You think I would of just did the smart thing and turned down the difficulty.

Same here, and trust me when I say that I should also admit that my gun skill may not of been high enough to use the weapon. Those monsters just eat up armor piercing ammo!
Also I found Cazadors to be easy to dispatch in my unpatched game with as little as a 9mm submachinegun when entering VATS. Though it's an optimum maintained one and I was level 14 something at the time, I was surprised that a weapon I thought useless worked better than my favorite hunting rifle. Cazadors have a very low Damage Threshold, so a weapon with a high rate of fire will put them out of your misery.
