TRANSCRIPT

Day 326 - August 26th, 2741

Right on schedule, I arrived in the outskirts of Blue Water Refuge. A sizeable place yet overshadowed by the ever watchful eye of Paradise in the distance.

The driver pulled into a garage away from prying eyes. With the coast being clear, I climbed out of the truck. Neil gave me a cred chip to cover expenses inside, since I wouldn't be carrying all my supplies. Once done, I left in pursuit of Aqua.

Cpt. Cornell pointed me towards the market center, but I had no idea where I was going. This place was a maze, tight alleyways and winding paths. I decided to follow the people, assuming that the general flow of foot traffic would lead to the market. And I was correct.

It was a shanty town surrounding an oasis, a rather large one at that. And it was busy. Lots of people, trying to buy or sell. And somewhere within was Aqua.

Cpt. Cornell said that he was a black panther with silver eyes, wearing a blue and gold cloak. Looking around the shops I found him in one of the storefronts with some expensive looking clothes for sale.

He greeted me like a customer, meaning he tried selling me something I didn't need while trying to flatter me. Once he finally gave me a chance to speak, I asked if he had any pink threads for mending a child's shirt. A code phrase I was given. He clued into who I was, and invited me inside.
