rue!! an older oc of mine that hasn't had an update in a while
I didn't change much of anything, but seeing as I reused her golden floating halo for Lyr I changed it up a little bit to be a smidge different. her eyes and hair got a touchup too
wherever rue is and touches the ground, local flora pops up (think okami)- which makes this pic a bit silly as she has rue/windflowers growing which are apparently in the mediterranean but she has an albert's squirrel on her which is a southwestern USA species

I bet people grow both in the US somewhere for sure
