She is responsible for things such as Zess, living undead forced into slavery, advanced android which some may have unwanted guess in their codes, advancement in cyberware. Though all that is seen as for the better of the city, she lets her outside source take credit, the woman known as Zerova which is highly respected is her eyes and ears, dragging people down to Yuri secretly.
