[OLD] Spotlighters Concept - Search and Rescue Division?
More old art from 2013! This time a quick concept doodle of me trying to hash out a Search and Rescue Division for Spotlighters- I feel like they would have a lot of glowy bits, to be able to be more readily seen by anybody they're trying to rescue, and probably long flexible quills that stick up and glow to stand out among rubble or underbrush.
