Zotty apparently talked Charlie into putting his big bear muscles and footpaws to the test... though I wonder how much convincing Charlie really needed in order to give it a try?

This is a wonderful commission brought to you by  4mps ! He asked for a comic of Zotty tickling Charlie and taunting the bear throughout and, despite having never done a comic for a commission before, I thought it sounded like a fun idea and maybe even a challenge.

I'm still learning what I can about making comics and I feel like I have a long way to go, but I know the only way to get there is to do more projects. It's one thing to do ongoing pages like the Rick comic, where I can draw things out and basically have infinite space to tell whatever story I want at whatever pace I want, but it's another thing to plan and design a comic with a firm limit on panels and pages and even some predetermined angles. I feel pretty satisfied with what I've done here, honestly, and my process was starting to feel pretty solid by the end, but it also makes me want to do more short comics like this with my own characters and concepts.

As a side note, it was especially nice to do a scene like this with a character who matches Charlie's height ;) It made it so much easier to do stuff like that last panel.
