This is Volq Barzard, and he's... my old man. Yeah, this is Hazard's father from my Lament of the Moon stories. He's an old and big, black wolf that works as a blacksmith in the town the live in, and he's the best at what he does. Volq is a very strict and cross man, and pretty much everyone who knows him is intimidated by him, me included. If there's one thing that scares me, it was this guy. He's one bad mofo. |3
I gave
kyuuhari pretty much free reign on how to design him, with my only intruction is to make him look like a Barzard, and man, did he pull it off! He made him look better than I have imagined him, as I always pictured him to be one grizzly big wolfy and is old enough to know everything there is about life. So kudos, Kyuu! B3
So yeah, love how he's shaping up and I'm blown away. Ain't he a sexy daddy? |3

Waitaminit, this wolf Kyuu was working on is your poppa? Now that was unexpected, you had never mentioned him before. He looks clearly badass and intimidating. The goatee's cool, the two scars (face and ear) add a nice touch to his rugged features, and Kyuu did a great job with the clothes and the soot staining his fur. I am now very interested to know more about this guy.
And here I thought I couldn't find a wolf hotter than Haz. Figures it would have to be his daddy.
*drools heavily, glances at possessive Sasuga, and drools anyway* Blacksmiths are so awesome...if I ever get to write the comic I want to, there will be one in it, a lion (no it is NOT Wielder's character, I thought of this long before ever seeing his work).
Man, the beefiness of this wolf...he almost puts Panja to shame! Though if Haz keeps up his workouts, he'll match his old man I bet. :D
For now...oh to get behind that apron. ^_^
