Heya!
a new Badge was due for my friend Mobi/Mobsen as we like to call him and he commissioned me to do so! Since he loves water and has aquatic tendencies, I added a splash of water around him as a cool effect and to push forward the writing of his name more!
I had a lot of fun working on this piece and tried my best making the water look nice and wet while also not taking away too much from the character. The biggest difficulty I had was balancing all the shades of blue here in hopes that it will have good contrast and not too much or too little. Especially the white markings haven proven to be a bit tricky at this point but I think I managed to capture them well enough here. I also love the happy smile on this adorable arctic cat, so I hope this badge can bring a smile to him as wlel as to all of you! Let me know your thoughts!
