She was a very sheltered girl, not experiencing most of heavy hardships in life. She was never a troublemaker and always would listen to her parents and followed every expectation set upon her.

She is said to be the reincarnation of the Empire's main religion's messiah/god, the Ancient hero Sunkong, as her massive size, odd colorations and... assests would suggest as they are as described by their religion's sacred texts (The book doesn't outright state the hero would be re-incarnated with a massive chest, but well the book said he had a massive you-know-whats so they put two and two together).

Therefore she was taught the 2 main things that the ancient hero knew, music and combat. She's a highly skilled musician and fighter. She plays a magical shapeshifting Erhu that can become a bo staff whenever she wants.

If you are offended by this, please do note, im not attack anyone faith or belief, just making a ridiculously (or what i think is ridiculous) over the top conservativist religious country]--


However, people weren't convinced (or actually didn't WANT to believe she was the re-incarnation of the ancient hero) for many various reasons.

The Sunkong Dynasty is a deeply religious and hyper-conservative country so already her being an only child heir to the throne as a woman is controversial, but that the ancient hero would be reborn as a WOMAN or all things was proposterous (Despite the fact, she looks like him, has the same color flames as him, has the 2 golden flames on her headpiece, has a magical instrument/weapon and is able to summon a flying cloud for her to travel upon).
Due to this, she did everything to ensure she was fit to be that ancient hero, which includes, following the status-quo to a T.

Which meant...

Following their religion's incredibly outdated rules that have been pretty much deemed old in the Pokémon World. Their belief is that there's only 2 genders, there's no such thing as Homosexuality, and that the place of a woman is to serve men (not her ofc, she's the ancient hero after all) (double standards ammirite?) and more.
Of course that's not the weirdest rules and contradictions, this religion has (One rules states that women must cover-up but also can't cover up their nipples because the ancient hero's comcubines didn't but also must cover up their nipples because then it's found indecent) but I'll spare the detail since this description is getting LONG.
This is to say she of all the Admins of the Apex Alliance has the most outdated views and also does not sugarcoat her hatred for humans using straight up slurs against them.

Now a couple fun facts about her :D


• She's probably the most evil member of the Admins.
• She was on the side to eradicate humans from the universe outright.
• She has no fucking idea how to use any technology (she's the reason why Mario kart has the controls on the menu)
• She often insults her own team members
• Despite her chest being in the way, she is extremely agile and dexterous
• If she doesn't eat a full 5 course meal at every meal (appetizers, Entry, Appetizers v2, Meal, Dessert), she WILL bitch about it.
• She REALLY hated the fact that she is now legally Iron's pokémon. Like Abhors that fact.
• She will treat any legendary as a diety... apart for Mewtwo, Genesect, Magearna and any human made legendary mon.
• She is surprsingly NOT a picky eater. She'll eat whatever is in front of her.
• She has a very very fast metabolism (Most of the fat goes to her flame hair or chest)
• When not being the worst, she is surprisingly playful.
• She is 3m10 (10"2'), 310 KG (683.43 Lbs), and 32 in that art (Note as she was 22 during the sinnoh story)
