Terms of Service

- Finished work can be posted by the Commissioner anywhere they like
- Please never remove signature /watermark!!
- When Commissioning me, you are purchasing a licence to use my artwork under my conditions for non-commercial purposes. this means you are not aloud to sell, use it as merch, promotion, marketing or any other commercial activity. I reserve all rights to revoke your license.
- I reserve all rights to the image. No plagiarizing, copying, disturbing, editing, or profiting off the image, The image can be reused, edited, displayed or re-purposed in any manner seen fit by me.

- Your finished piece WILL and CAN be used by me to advertise other works of the same nature. By taking a Commission with me, you agree to these terms.
- [private art] Privacy of art needs to be brought up before com acceptance

- After work has begun I can't give any refunds.

- I retain all right to reject commissions

- I hold the artistic freedom to draw in my own style

- Deadlines must be made PRIOR to payment and discussed. A finish date can not be made OR requested after payment is made.
If there is a time you would like the picture by, please tell me in advance
- Pictures take me anywhere to a few days to a Month[?] [depends on complexity]
- Payment will be Upfront, before I start the Commission, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- No refunds after the sketch phase is complete / no refunds after the artwork is deemed complete by the artist [me]
- Do not send payment Until I fully confirm commission ☆

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW

List of Things I will not draw under any circumstance:
- No Cub or Underaged NSFW
- I do not draw characters under the age of 18 in NSFW
- No Diapers, ABDL, Vomit, ect, heavy body fluids, soiled pantie/boxers, body fluid drinking, toilet play
- non-con [rape], hypnotizing, loss of free will, snuff, torture, heavy gore, age play, humiliation,
- racial slur, racism, feral, feral nsfw, anthro x feral, feral x human, feral x feral, zoophilia, beastilaity,
- inflation, ‘popping’, hyper, hyper genitals [insertion], vore, hard vore, soft vore, non anthro pokemon in NSFW,
- unbirth, anal spelunking [climbing into anus], mechs, robots, weapons, armor, cars/vehicles, guns
- super multi limbed creatures, body horror


ADDITIONAL INFO
- I do not draw characters from written description
- Picture/visual reference is Needed
- I don't create clothes or outfits for characters
- I don't redesign pre-existing characters or make ripoffs of existing characters
- A pose Reference would be nice if you have one [but not completely required]
- I don't normally create characters from scratch as a commission


- My commissions are considered “Wing Its” unless a set up a pre-approved commission where you may have full rights to ideas and how the commission will look. [WIPS along the way + idea swapping and partial sketch do-overs]
- With the pre-approved commission, There are 3 free major edits IN THE SKETCH PHASE. when it is colored I can't edit the picture easily.
- No edits after the art is complete

I have the right to post anything I draw . This includes, Doodles, YCHs, and Sketches as well and not limited to anything I draw for currency.
- All that I draw will be on my style only, I do not copy or draw in certain styles.
- By reading this and paying for a Commission from me, you are agreeing to the following terms. That you: the commissioner have agreed to Commission me to do art work for you in “My Style.” And that the way I depict the characters drawn, is how you accept them and that you are Commissioning me for the reason of interest in my “Style”
