Appearance: A spotted green, lanky monster with a single giant eye with yellow sclera, red iris, and black pupil. Typically seen wearing a beige sweater with a white collar, blue pants, and brown boots.

Description: Regeant is your average joe. Not someone too particularly noticeable in any given scenario. He's probably the third person to try out a new drink or try a new facility, and he'll stay around for around as long as it lasts, or until the next shiny thing comes around. Has no particular power, despite the name.

Story: ...Eh? Lived a life for a while. Probably died from cancer or something. Now he's back to be a background character for everyone else's chaos.

*His name is often shortened to "Reg" or "Reggie".
*Probably uses he/him pronouns.
*Has a lot of those sweater vests, it's just his fashion sense.
*Species is unknown.
*Intakes nutrients through his eye. By that, he just stares at it, and the food is gone. Does not work on things not meant for consumption.
