right, i wanted a dragon based OC. Zilf shall he be named till i come up with something better.
also i'm not sure about this colo-combo, why? i didn't want him to be the usual green/brown/gray (as most of my ocs) but now he looks like a racing car with flashing lights ¬_¬

my fursona has decent colors too.because i think adecent character desigs are sometimes much butter as the bling ling lion-whatevercrossbreed-leopard-glitter-taures with over 9000 markings and items^^
but i think he isn't too colorful,you chosed a decent color pallete with fits .i think your just not accustomed to colorfull characters,thats why he seem to shiny to you^^
