"To the memories of better days, I bid farewell~"
A painting that's been sitting in my WIP folder since I finished Final Fantasy 14's latest Expansion Dawntrail a year ago. The last dungeon takes place within the digitized memories of Queen Sphene, who means to delete her memories, overwriting her compassion, in order to lead a bloody conquest against the source, the player character's home world.
I had a lot of fun painting all the little building details as well as the huge wall of arcane runes protecting Alexandria as it's being rebuilt.
