Nose is not yet attached, but on for placement. It came from
flurrycat and I'm guessing is a silicon nose, and it's super soft and squisy X3. I ended up going with the larger one *glad I snagged them both* so the smaller one which looks the same, only like, and ish-ish smaller in width and stuff, will be up for grabs for $10 plush shipping.
ALright... So, I've been derping around with the head cause I'm a fail perfectionist like that. I'm not that happy with the muzzle anymore, cuase from the front it looks OK ish, maybe a little flat, but I almost think it's a tad too long, but I can't change it now... or maybe the bottom of the cheek's too high.... I'll post a follow up. And I promise the top of the muzzles not that derpy, I just don't have the other half of the face so it's not connected to anything and is kinda floppin around a little bit. But yeah, the hair is made from a couple of destroyed wigs, and kinda fail wefted into what it is *with some creative hot glue styling.*
It ended up cut shorter than i wanted it to be, but the hair just kept frizzing out. there's also a kinda ponytail in the back, but that's not important.
Still gotta get the ears on, and the jaw... U'm not sure I'm that happy with the jaw anymore.
It does move, kinda, following a frankenstine version of Fry Fuzzmutt's jaw tutorial on youtube, but... it's really tight. The inside of the jaw is kinda padded with craft foam, so I'm not too worried about the cardboard*THE BEST MATERIAL* that makes it rigid, but after getting more foam on it, it doesn't move near as smooth as it did before.and I'm not sure how to fix it cause, well, it's derp. And I'm kinda worried that once I get the fur on it I'm not gonna be able to fit my head it.
I've got a zipper for the neck to make it more 'tight' and not be a floppy saggy neck piece.
Uh, but... HM... Yeah, Like I said, i'm not sure how to loosen it up too much to make sure I'll be able to get into it after I put the fur on :/
Any advice on this would also be helpful as I fiddle around with trying to finish the face and make it kinda semetrical... unless I give it an eyebrow quirk. Which Might make it easier... But... IDK
What 'cha think?

The biggest thing drawing my attention right now is how certain parts need to be trimmed to look consistent with the other side. If you are not happy with how the jaw looks/muzzle it's probably because both sides are uneven.
One jowl is lower than the other. You can either add on to the one that is higher up so they look even, or shave the underneath of the lower one to make it even with the other side. Also the top parts of the jowls also need some shaving work to make them look consistent from under the eye. Do that and you'll have a more uniform looking foam base.
That said I may be reading what you wrote wrong...and correct me if I did. You said you used cardboard? For future reference never use cardboard again. Paper based products including card-board should never be used as part of mask. What ends up happening is it breaks down very quickly due to sweat and other things. Overall it's a terrible item to have as part of the inside of your head. If you needed something to make something somewhat rigid, plastic canvas is slightly better than card-board. It's brittle sometimes but if you get some good quality stuff and you don't use a super hot glue gun on it (use low temp) it might turn out alright for some parts of a head.
Make sure also that you eye ball both eye sockets so that they look consistent with each other. When you add the other cheek also do the same. A head with consistent looking sides translates into a better shaped head once it gets the rest of the parts put on (the fur). Anyway I hope these things help.

Note that after you have furred out the head, the moving jaw might not work same way as it did before. But it realy depends on how you are gonna put them together, also from my experience the moving jaw is hard or impossible to do if your chin is not long enough.
Fex: my chin is about 4,5cm (1,77inch) which is barely enough to work moving jaw :/
You know when you drop jaw on opening mouth the chin folds up a bit and slips out from the base.
The nose looks good as it is now, how big you were gonna add in on it :3?
