Bio: After his defeat on Earth, Zankoku left, but he was extremely injured and near death. To manage to keep himself alive, scientists gave him a ton of high magic power (or energy if you don't believe in magic), which allows him to survive. However, it does come with some side effects. The huge amount of magic that's in his veins causes him to transform, making him bigger but mutating his body in the process. Sadly, it does make his temper easily set off, but he does have one thing on his mind. Revenge.

Powers
Finger Blasts: You don't become a dictator by doing nothing. Zankoku can project beams of energy from his fingers. He can fire a barrage of them to take out multiple targets and fire a full-power one to possibly kill someone.

Black Void: With him being subject to painful experiments as a child, Zankoku can summon darkness over a large area and swallow up anything he chooses. When swallowed, the person or object is subjected to a large amount of gravity and crushed so that he can expel all of the destroyed remains of what his darkness had swallowed up at once.

Draco Burn: Due to all his training, Zankoku can expel several dragon-headed fireballs from his mouth to cover the frontal, left, and right sides of his opponent. As the dragon-heads move erratically, it makes the technique much more difficult to avoid.

Death Junk: From below the opponent, Zankoku fires up multiple purple energy spheres that converge into two columns. The attacks then crash into the opponent at the same time, creating an explosion that causes a normal amount of damage to the opponent.

Kiquake: Zankoku "cracks" the air with a punch and sends devastating shock waves through the air in the direction it is facing. These shock waves can pass through and damage almost any substance, tearing it apart.
