This is a goose named Billy. He is silly. Yes, he is known as "Silly Goose," and "Silly Billy." He may look grumpy but he is really a stand up comedian like Jim Carrey, and Heather Shaw, and Scott and Annette [Prank and Spank/Smoking Monkey, the deaf comedians on YouTube]. This goose says and does all sorts of funny things to make people and other Cakes laugh. He even has a funny "Honk!" Even when he laughs, he honks funny [i.e. "Ah HAAA hahaha haha HOOOOONK!"] And when he honks, it has a growl to it to make it sound funnier.

Billy's even funny when he's angry or frustrated just like Jim Carrie's Bruce Almighty. So there's no need to take Billy seriously. Just laugh! He's a comedian! XD

Also, just as geese attack those who mess with them, so Billy Goose defends himself and others. And he stands up to those who mess with him and others, honking loudly and hissing at the threatening individual. And that teaches you to protect your peace and the peace of others. Billy also enjoys life, being the best he can be.

EDIT: The reason why Billy Goose stands up to the mean ones -- because (1) he's a goose. It's in his nature (2) He's a veteran. He has an Army history, and he was the private, not the sergeant. He was under a lot of harsh training and obstacles and discipline and that's what toughened him up and made him into who/what he is today. So he is not afraid of anything! In fact, he fights fear and anything that stands in his way and he does that to protect others as well.

And the reason why he's so silly -- after his army experience, he learned in life that he should lighten up (don't take life seriously or personally because that would blow everything out of proportion instead of solving problems, making him more vulnerable to bad times) and Bill understood that. So he learned to get some fun out of life, smile more, laugh more, crack some jokes, be funny, so his idea was to be a stand-up comedian and a clown goose (not really wearing a clown costume, but act like a clown while looking like a normal anthropomorphic goose and still make others laugh, even when it means honking at situations that don't call for it and turning his own natural honking sounds into funny garbled noises that sounds like he's honking in the water). And so Billy became a comedian and a clown goose. And that's why he's known as a "Silly Goose" and "Silly Billy". :)
