This is stormy, he is 10 weeks old according to the vet and in very good health for a kitty who has been surviving on his own for a little bit. He was found under a storm drain and very hungry! He is a very sweet kitty and very talkative as well. My mother and I are currently looking for a good local home for him, but might end up keeping him.... Isn't he just adorable?! He has little to no fleas, has passed his tests and loves to play!
